Description of 10000LPH 10ton/hour 10m3/h Reverse Osmosis water treatment plant:

1. The inlet water temperature before reverse osmosis is about 25 ± 2 ℃.
2. Reverse osmosis system includes: security filter, high-pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane group, control instrument, etc.
3. The water treatment system of the project takes RO desalination system as the core process, and quartz filter, activated carbon filter and security filter as the pretreatment to ensure the normal operation of the system.
4. Process characteristics: compared with traditional ion exchange desalination, reverse osmosis desalination has the advantages of long-term stable operation, reliability, higher treatment accuracy, long operation cycle and low operation cost.


(1) Quartz filter of water treatment plant
It mainly removes suspended solids and colloids in water, and the pollution index SDI ≤ 5. The filter material is refined quartz sand, and RO concentrated water can be used as backwashing water.
(2) Activated carbon filter of water treatment plant
It is mainly to remove most colloids in the water and further improve ro influent. The filter material is refined quartz sand and activated carbon. Ro concentrated water can be used as backwashing water.
(3) Precision filter of water treatment plant
Mainly to intercept water > 5 μ M to prevent large particles from entering the reverse osmosis membrane and ensure the safe and normal operation of the reverse osmosis membrane. Under normal working conditions, the filter element can maintain a service life of 3-5 months.
(4) Reverse osmosis device of water purifier system
Single stage reverse osmosis is the most important desalination device in this system. It uses the characteristics of reverse osmosis membrane to remove most soluble salts, a small amount of colloids and organic substances in water. The desalination rate of single membrane is ≥ 98%, the recovery rate of secondary reverse osmosis water of this device is about 85%, and the desalination rate of the system within three years is ≥ 95%.
(5) Backwashing system of ro water filtration system
When the quartz filter and activated carbon filter are polluted by feedwater to a certain extent, they can be backwashed to restore their due excellent performance and reduce maintenance. Reverse osmosis concentrated water can be used for flushing.
