BL-1200B semi automatic bottle blow molding machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles from 10-2000ml. It is widely used to produce the carbonated bottle, mineral water, carbonated drink bottle, pesticide bottle oil bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth bottle etc. The machine is divided into two parts, one is the main machine (blowing bottles), the other is the drying oven (heating bottle germ). The main machine uses 220v electricity. The main machine is equipped with a microcomputer controller. The machine is equipped with an emergency button, which has the function of anti pinch, greatly improving the safety of workers during production! The oven uses 380v three-phase industrial power, the heater uses infrared tube, and the transmission part uses three-phase motor.

Technological process of blow molding machine:
Preheating: irradiate the preform (embryo) through the infrared high temperature lamp, and heat and soften the preform (embryo) part of the preform (embryo). In order to maintain the shape of the bottle mouth, the preform (embryo) mouth does not need to be heated, so a certain cooling device is required to cool it.
